There are all kinds of crazy diets that claim to be the best. Most people in the industry will agree that these are not sustainable. The best way to get in shape is through consistent workouts and eating a well-balanced diet. Starting to workout is tough though. It’s tough to find good advice about what exercises to do and what to eat. There is so much conflicting information and most women believe that if they lift heavy weights they will bulk up like a man. This is simply NOT true. Katy is an extremely popular fitness influencer. She is a wife, mom of 2, and has many successful businesses. Just check out her site and see the many lives she has transformed through online coaching. She also has tons of videos posted on her Instagram.
