Fitness Vloggers To Help You Get In Shape

The fitness industry is huge. Everywhere you look you will see posts and products claiming that it will help you lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks. There are all kinds of crazy diets that claim to be the best. Most people in the industry will agree that these are not sustainable. The best way to get in shape is through consistent workouts and eating a well-balanced diet. Starting to workout is tough though. It’s tough to find good advice about what exercises to do and what to eat. There is so much conflicting information and most women believe that if they lift heavy weights they will bulk up like a man. This is simply NOT true. I’ve compiled a list of my favorite fitness vloggers to help you get in shape. These girls have plenty of knowledge and it is not hard to tell. They have helped countless others.

Now before you decide to start working out there are a few things you will need. First, if you are working out at home you will want to get some equipment. Amazon has great choices for resistance bands, some weights, and maybe some glute bands. These are things you are going to need for most at-home workout and the resistance bands and glute bands are great to take to the gym as well.

Whitney is a fitness vlogger and model who lives in California. She rose to fame on her YouTube channel. She has been active most of her life and participated in gymnastics for many years. Her main goal now is to inspire other women. I really love her videos and she has many options whether you are working out in a gym or at home. Check out her Instagram as well.

Gabby Scheyen

Gabby is one of my favorite influencers. She’s from Canada and I love how real she is. She rose to fame through her Instagram. Gabby struggled with binge eating and now she aims to help others avoid what she went through. I absolutely love her fitness guides and she has tons of free videos on her YouTube channel.

Katy Hearn

Katy is an extremely popular fitness influencer. She is a wife, mom of 2, and has many successful businesses. Just check out her site and see the many lives she has transformed through online coaching. She also has tons of videos posted on her Instagram.

Jazmin Gonzalez

Jazmin is a fitness influencer who uses her online presence to help educate about fitness and nutrition. Not only does she post workout videos on YouTube she is also a beauty guru. She has a great personality and keeps you engaged throughout the videos.

  2. I agree there is no magic potion or plan that will help you replace exercise and a good diet if you want to get in shape. Exercise equipment always helps but the hard part is using it.
