Today I’m gonna share how I made this easy Greek Chicken Bowl.
First things first, I’m gonna tell you I do most of my cooking with no measuring. I will try my best to tell you approximately how much I used.

Boneless chicken breasts
Rice ( I just used white)
The first thing I did was cook the chicken. I cut up one breast into cubes then put it in a frying pan with a tiny bit of olive oil. I then seasoned it. I just used garlic powder, parsley and salt, and pepper and cooked until fully done then placed it aside on a plate
While the chicken was cooking I prepped my veggies. I cut up a quarter of red onion and a quarter of a cucumber. I put about a teaspoon of butter into the frying pan and cooked the onions first until they were soft. I then added the olives, cucumber, and tomatoes on low heat.
Lastly, I cooked the rice according to the directions on the box. I added everything into a bowl and topped it with some feta cheese and some tzatziki dip.
Delicious and simple to make.
